If your weekly menu contains recipes or ingredients you'd prefer not to eat, you can do the following:
- Replace the meal by clicking 'Replace' for a new recipe.
- Exclude the ingredient through 'Diet Preferences' in your dashboard, and it will no longer appear in future menus.
- Choose and add recipes to your schedule via 'Meal Moments,' or select specific categories, such as having yogurt for breakfast daily.
- Alternatively, you can try the adventurous route and give the recipe a go – sometimes, the right preparation can make surprising ingredients taste great!
